Do your clothes actually cover? I've been burned by 'modest' brands that aren't.
Every piece is photographed head-to-toe on a model so you can see the fall yourself. Sleeves end at the wrist bone (we note any exceptions on the product page). Hems fall to the ankle on dresses, to the floor on abayas. Necklines are scoop or higher, and we have interior hooks on wrap dresses so they don't gape.
Is the fabric good quality?
We wear-test every new fabric for a week before we buy into it. Our silks are 14-momme or heavier; our wool comes from Biella, Italy; our linen is Belgian; our cotton poplin is pre-washed so it won't shrink. Care instructions are on every product page and on the care label inside the garment.
How long does shipping take?
UAE — next business day. GCC — 2–3 business days. UK — 5–7 days. US/Canada — 5–9 days. Orders placed before 2 PM GST ship same day.
Will I have to pay customs?
UAE and GCC — no, the checkout price is final. UK/US/Canada and other international — possibly, depending on order size. These duties are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility. Most orders under AED 500 don't trigger duties in the UK; US orders over USD 800 typically do.
Can I return a piece if I've worn it?
Unworn, with tags, within 30 days. If you've worn a piece and it has a fault, email help@glamstyle.co with a photo — if it's a manufacturing defect we'll replace or refund, no questions.
Do you ship to Pakistan?
Yes — AED 110 flat, 6–10 business days via DHL. Customs are handled by the courier; you may be contacted for local duties at delivery.
What is the stylist chat? Is it a human?
The chat is staffed by our online stylist team during business hours (Sunday–Thursday 9 AM – 7 PM GST) and is backed by an AI assistant out-of-hours. The AI knows every piece, every size, every policy — so it can genuinely help with most questions. Complex issues (damaged items, refund disputes, bulk orders) are always routed to a human within one business day.
Can I buy wholesale or for a boutique?
Yes. Drop us a note at wholesale@glamstyle.co with your country, the kind of shop you run, and your estimated annual order value. We're selective about the boutiques we stock — we want our pieces displayed the way they deserve.
Do you do custom sizing or alterations?
Not at the moment. It would push our lead times and we don't want to ship a piece that isn't up to standard because it was made in a rush. All our patterns are graded XS to XXL as standard.
What's your policy on sustainability?
We're honest about where we are: we use deadstock fabric wherever we can, our factories pay above market rate, and we don't overstock — every season's core range is sized to actual demand, not aspirational targets. We are not carbon-neutral and we don't claim to be. We're working on it.
Where are your clothes made?
Core production in Istanbul and Bursa, Turkey. Embroidery in Bursa. Accessories (leather, silk) in Florence and Como, Italy. Every factory has been visited by a GlamStyle team member.
Do you have a physical store?
