Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website glamstyle.co and the placement of orders through it. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

GlamStyle Boutique FZ-LLC, a free-zone company registered in the Dubai Design District, United Arab Emirates (commercial licence 12345-F). Registered address: Office 1204, Building 4, Dubai Design District, Dubai, UAE.

2. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order on our site is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email is a receipt — the contract is formed only when we ship the goods. If we are unable to fulfil an order (for example because an item has sold out between placement and packing), we will notify you within 48 hours and refund any amount charged.

3. Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) by default and include 5% VAT for UAE customers. International customers may see prices in USD, GBP, or SAR at checkout; these are indicative conversions based on daily rates and may not match the exact amount your card issuer charges.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If an item is listed at a price that is materially below its usual retail value due to a typo or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than ship at the incorrect price.

4. Shipping

Shipping zones, costs, and estimated delivery times are listed on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Customs duties on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

5. Returns

Our returns policy is described in full at /shipping-returns. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights you may have in your country of residence — including the right to cancel a distance-sale contract within 14 days (UK / EU).

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including product photography, illustrations commissioned from our collaborators, copy, and the GlamStyle name and wordmark — is the property of GlamStyle Boutique FZ-LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Notify us immediately at help@glamstyle.co if you believe your account has been compromised.

8. Limitations of liability

Subject to applicable law, our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai Development Authority free zone. Disputes will be resolved first by good-faith discussion; if unresolvable, by the Dubai Courts of First Instance.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always dated at the top of the page.
