Free shipping on UAE orders over AED 400. Express to UAE next-day, GCC 2–3 days, Europe & UK 5–7 business days, US & Canada 5–9 business days.

Orders placed before 2 PM GST ship same day. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is collected.
Returns
30-day returns. Free returns within the UAE. International returns are the customer's responsibility but we provide a prepaid label option at AED 55.
- Items must be unworn, with original tags attached
- Swimwear, underwear, and pierced jewellery are non-returnable for hygiene
- Sale items past the 30-day window are final sale
- Email returns@glamstyle.co with your order number
- We send a return label within 24 hours
- Drop the parcel at any courier point
- Refund issued within 5 business days of receipt
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges because stock levels change too quickly. If you need a different size or colour, return the original for a refund and place a new order — we'll rush-ship the new one at no extra charge if you mention it in your return email.
Customs & duties
UAE and GCC deliveries have all customs handled by our couriers — the price you see at checkout is what you pay. Deliveries to the UK, US, Canada, and other international destinations may incur local import duties; these are not included in the checkout price and are the recipient's responsibility.
